two besties, one mission.
our story
In 2021, Jazy and Randi arrived in Los Angeles with faith, ambition, and a shared hunger to chase their dreams. Fate brought them together at their very first casting call for a 90s themed video shoot. As JZL The Empress stepped out of the elevator, she locked eyes with Randi and it was besties at first sight.
That moment sparked more than a sisterhood.
It ignited their collective calling.
What followed was an instant connection rooted in shared values, creative vision, and a deep commitment to authentic expression.Recognizing the power of their voices and their lived experiences as Black Women navigating a new city, the two felt led to create space for honest conversations, cultural truth, and unapologetic Black expression. In 2022, that vision became reality with the launch of their award winning podcast, The New Black Girlz. What began as a platform for dialogue quickly evolved into a movement.
Jazy and Randi went on to expand their brand beyond the mic. They stepped into roles as sought after hosts, media correspondents, and cultural ambassadors, marketing for brands, recording artists, and organizations that aligned with their mission. Their brand boldly bridged entertainment, faith, fashion, and business, delivering an electric presence and undeniable spark of magic.
In 2024, their impact was formally recognized when they received the first ever Black Genius Award from Afropunk, honoring their innovation, leadership, and cultural influence.

randi noble
Randi is a cultural leader, entrepreneur, and entertainer born and raised in Buffalo, New York. Her foundation is rooted in faith, community, and creative expression. Introduced to church at the age of seven by her grandmother, Randi became deeply involved in multiple ministries, where her gifts were first nurtured and she developed a deep passion for service. It was there that she learned the power and impact of her voice, presence, and leadership abilities; seeds that would later shape her life mission.
Drawn to entertainment from a young age, Randi explored theater, acting, hosting, and dance, while developing a distinct eye for fashion, self-expression, and female empowerment.
With seventy dollars in her pocket and a mustard seed of faith, Randi relocated to Los Angeles, where she flourished and her talents began to take center stage. She intentionally built a strong community both online and offline. Known for her magnetic authenticity, free spirit, old-soul wisdom, and intergenerational influence, she has cultivated a loyal tribe of women inspired to live consciously, confidently, and unapologetically.
Recently baptized, Randi is stepping into a new era of clarity, obedience, and spiritual alignment. Her upcoming projects continue to honor her mission of conscious creation and audacious expression.
